Privacy
Straightforward handling of the information you share.
This page explains what the website collects, why it is used, and how to contact Hoosier Site Works with a privacy question.
Information submitted
Project inquiry forms may collect a name, business name, email, phone number, website address, package interest, preferred contact method, and project notes. Technical request information such as a timestamp, source page, browser user agent, and IP address may also be recorded for delivery, troubleshooting, and spam prevention.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, understand a possible website project, prepare project direction, deliver a confirmation, prevent abuse, and maintain a reliable record of the request. Hoosier Site Works does not sell submitted contact information.
Delivery and backup storage
Project inquiries are sent through the configured transactional email provider and may be stored as a private backup record in Vercel Blob. A success state appears only when the server confirms email acceptance or durable backup storage.
Service providers
The website uses Vercel for hosting, deployment, performance measurement, and private lead backup, and Resend for transactional form email. Those providers process only the information needed to operate the relevant service under their own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics
Basic site analytics and speed insights may record page and performance activity. Personal form content is not included in conversion event data.
