Project approval

Before work begins, Hoosier Site Works and the client agree in writing on the project scope, one-time website price, recurring Site Care, deliverables, timeline, included refinement process, and payment schedule. Work begins after approval.

Pricing and estimates

Prices shown on the website are starting ranges. Final pricing depends on page count, content readiness, functionality, integrations, assets, refinement scope, and project complexity. The package recommender offers direction, not a final quote.

One-time website build pricing and ongoing Site Care at $29.97/month after launch are separate charges.

Payments

Once the client approves the project scope, price, and payment terms and work begins, payments are non-refundable. Hoosier Site Works will complete the agreed work and included refinement process within the approved scope. Changes beyond that scope may require a separate quote or written change order.

Revisions

Refinement rounds follow the selected package or written agreement and apply to the approved direction. Major direction changes, new pages, new functionality, new content requests, or a complete restart may change the scope, schedule, and price.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, service, pricing, and contact information.
• Provide content, photos, logos, domain access, or technical contacts when needed.
• Review work and provide feedback within the agreed project schedule.
• Confirm final business claims, legal language, licensing, and industry requirements before launch.
• Confirm the right to use supplied images, logos, text, and other materials.

Site Care

Every Hoosier Site Works package continues with Site Care at $29.97/month after launch. Site Care supports managed Vercel deployment and hosting, SSL and production-domain support, contact-form checks, broken-link monitoring, a basic monthly health review, routine technical upkeep, version history, small content updates, and direct support.

The specific update allowance, billing date, response expectations, transfer process, and any project-specific service details are governed by the current written agreement. Larger redesign work, new pages, specialized integrations, and paid third-party services may be quoted separately.

Hosting and third-party services

Domains, hosting infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, form services, software libraries, payment tools, and other third-party systems may be operated by outside providers. Hoosier Site Works will support the agreed setup but cannot control third-party outages, provider changes, account access issues, DNS delays, or platform limitations.

Ownership and licenses

Unless the written agreement says otherwise, the client receives the final website files, code, and project-specific assets after the agreed project payment is complete. Third-party fonts, frameworks, libraries, stock images, plugins, tools, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Content accuracy and website outcomes

The client is responsible for approving final claims, services, pricing, certifications, contact details, and industry-specific language. Hoosier Site Works designs for stronger presentation, usability, and credibility but does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, advertising performance, or business results.
