Estimated pricing

Pricing ranges shown on this website are estimates. Most small-business redesigns fall between $1,500 and $7,500 depending on page count, content, and functionality. Larger or more complex builds can range from $7,500 to $12,000 or require a custom quote.

Most clients pair the one-time website build with Managed Hosting + Website Care for $99/month. Google Ads and full monthly SEO retainers are not bundled into every redesign. Final pricing depends on content, functionality, assets, page count, revision scope, integrations, and the agreed project details.

Written scope

Final project scope, deliverables, revisions, timing, and payment terms should be agreed in writing before work begins. Work begins after approval.

Payments, scope approval, and refunds

Before any project begins, we agree on the scope, price range or final price, expected deliverables, timeline, and revision structure. Once that scope and price are approved and work begins, payments are non-refundable. Hoosier Site Works is very willing to work with you, revise within the agreed scope, and make the project right based on what was agreed. However, a change of mind after approval, delayed second thoughts, or deciding days later that you no longer want the project does not create a refund.

Changes outside the approved scope can still be discussed, but may require a separate quote before additional work begins.

Revision rounds are included based on the selected package. Revisions apply to the approved scope, not a complete project restart.

Managed Hosting + Website Care

Managed Hosting + Website Care is recommended for most clients and priced at $99/month. It is separate from one-time redesign project pricing and is not mandatory if the client has a real technical team or trusted hosting provider.

Managed Hosting + Website Care includes website hosting, launch support, regular backups, basic monitoring, update support where applicable, small content edits within a reasonable monthly limit, and website-related support. Unused edit time does not roll over unless separately agreed in writing.

New pages, major redesign work, new functionality, full SEO campaigns, Google Ads management, paid third-party software costs, emergency support, open-ended edit banks, guaranteed uptime, guaranteed leads, and full cybersecurity services are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

Hosting and third-party services

Managed Hosting + Website Care is recommended for most clients at $99/month, but it is not mandatory. If you already have an IT person, web developer, technical team, or trusted hosting provider, Hoosier Site Works can build the site and hand it off. Third-party hosting platforms, domain registrars, email providers, plugins, DNS services, and uptime may be controlled by outside companies. Hoosier Site Works is not responsible for third-party outages or access problems unless specifically agreed in writing.

No guaranteed business results

Hoosier Site Works does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, Google Ads performance, or business outcomes. Website redesign can improve presentation, usability, and credibility, but outcomes depend on many factors outside the website build.

Examples and reference work

Website examples may be reference builds, demo concepts, or proof-style examples. They should not be read as paid client claims unless stated clearly.
