This page provides general project terms and website-use information. Final project details, pricing, scope, payment terms, and deliverables should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Scope Approval
Before work begins, Hoosier Site Works and the client should agree on the project scope, estimated or final price, deliverables, timeline, revision structure, and payment terms in writing. Work begins after approval.
Pricing & Estimates
Pricing shown on this website is provided as a general estimate. Final pricing depends on page count, content, functionality, assets, revision scope, integrations, and project complexity. Estimate tools and package ranges are not final quotes until confirmed in writing.
Payments & No-Refund Policy
Once the client approves the project scope, price, and payment terms and work begins, payments are non-refundable. Hoosier Site Works will honor included revision rounds within the approved scope, but a change of mind after approval, delayed second thoughts, or deciding later that the project is no longer wanted does not create a refund.
Changes outside the approved scope may require a separate quote or change order.
Revisions
Revision rounds are included based on the selected package or written agreement. Revisions apply to the approved scope. Major direction changes, new pages, new functionality, new content requests, or complete restarts may require additional pricing.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information
- Provide content, photos, logos, domain/hosting access, or IT contact when needed
- Review work in a timely manner
- Confirm legal/business claims before launch
- Ensure they have rights to supplied images, logos, text, and materials
Website Handoff
Most clients choose Hoosier Site Works to launch, host, and maintain the site through Managed Hosting + Website Care. If the client already has an IT team, web developer, or trusted hosting provider, the final files, code, assets, and implementation notes can be delivered for handoff instead.
Managed Hosting + Website Care
Managed Hosting + Website Care is recommended for most clients and available for $99/month. It includes website hosting, launch support, SSL/security certificate setup and support, regular backups, basic monitoring, basic security checks, update support where applicable, small content edits within a reasonable monthly limit, and website-related support. It is not mandatory for clients with a real technical team or trusted hosting provider.
Unlimited edits, major redesigns, large new pages, full SEO campaigns, Google Ads management, paid third-party software costs, advanced custom development, emergency support, guaranteed search rankings, guaranteed leads, guaranteed 100% uptime, and full cybersecurity services are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Hosting, Third-Party Tools & Uptime
Hosting, domain providers, email providers, analytics, form tools, payment tools, and other third-party services may be controlled by the client or outside providers. Hoosier Site Works is not responsible for third-party outages, provider limitations, DNS issues, account access problems, or service interruptions unless specifically agreed in writing.
No SEO / Ads Guarantee
Hoosier Site Works does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, Google Ads performance, or business results. Website redesign can improve presentation, usability, and credibility, but outcomes depend on many factors outside the website build.
Content Accuracy
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final website content, including claims, certifications, pricing, services, legal disclaimers, contact details, licensing language, and industry-specific requirements.
Intellectual Property / Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once the agreed project payment is completed, the client receives the final website files/code/assets created specifically for their project. Third-party assets, fonts, frameworks, libraries, stock images, plugins, and tools may remain subject to their own licenses.
Privacy / Contact Form Data
Information submitted through contact forms may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, review websites, and communicate about services. Hoosier Site Works does not sell submitted contact information.
Website Use Disclaimer
The information on this website is for general business and service information. It does not create a client relationship by itself. A project relationship begins only after scope, pricing, and payment terms are agreed in writing.
